1. Introduce
– 50Ni50CrNb, also known as Alloy 657
– An alloy developed to resist the effects of fuel re-corrosion, making it an excellent material for cast tubes
– Heat resistant casting alloy that can be used at temperatures as high as 950℃
* Heat resistant alloy
– Alloys designed to withstand oxidizing and corrosive environments during prolonged use at temperatures exceeding 650℃
– Mostly cast from molten metal containing high amounts of Ni and Cr, with alloying elements such as Nb, Ti, V, and Zr forming stable precipitates at operating temperatures to provide even better creep resistance
– Produced by centrifugal casting and used under high pressure and high temperature conditions
(furnaces, transfer lines, heaters, equipment tubing, petrochemical, heat treatment industries, etc.)
– Type
(1) HK type (25Cr-20Ni)
(2) HP Type (25Cr-35Ni)
(3) 35Cr-45Ni
(4) 50Cr-50Ni
