1. Introduce
– Also called Thermet 35.45.Nb, MTEK 35-45MA, 35-45MA, 45Ni35CrNb
– Heat resistant casting alloy with resistance to carbonization and oxidation at high temperature of about 1150℃
– Suitable for the harsh conditions encountered in the high temperature zones of ethylene pyrolysis furnace coil assemblies
* Heat resistant alloy
– Alloys designed to withstand oxidizing and corrosive environments during prolonged use at temperatures exceeding 650℃
– Mostly cast from molten metal containing high amounts of Ni and Cr, with alloying elements such as Nb, Ti, V, and Zr forming stable precipitates at operating temperatures to provide even better creep resistance
– Produced by centrifugal casting and used under high pressure and high temperature conditions
(furnaces, transfer lines, heaters, equipment tubing, petrochemical, heat treatment industries, etc.)
