Acquisition Overview
C2C Metals Corp (CSE: CTOC, OTCQB: CTCGF) has successfully acquired five uranium-vanadium (U-V) properties located in the well-established Colorado segment of the Uravan Mining District. This district, renowned for its historical production, has yielded 80 million pounds of uranium and over 400 million pounds of vanadium since 1945. The properties were carefully selected based on extensive historical exploration data. This data strongly suggests that significant mineral resources still remain within the area. As a result, this uranium-vanadium acquisition offers C2C Metals an exciting opportunity to enhance future exploration efforts. There is potential for substantial new discoveries that could drive long-term growth and profitability.
Financial Details
To secure these highly prospective properties, C2C Metals made a total payment of $66,760 in cash, alongside $90,000 worth of C2C shares. These shares were calculated based on the 10-day Volume-Weighted Average Price (VWAP). Furthermore, as part of the uranium-vanadium acquisition agreement, the vendors will receive a 1% Net Smelter Return Production Royalty. This ensures that they will continue to benefit from the future production of these properties. This royalty structure incentivizes ongoing collaboration between the parties and aligns their interests. It fosters a mutually beneficial partnership as the project progresses.
