C2C Metals Corp (CSE: CTOC, OTCQB: CTCGF) has announced the acquisition of five uranium–vanadium (U-V) properties in the Colorado segment of the Uravan Mining District, spanning approximately 5,400 acres (about 8.4 square miles). This district is notable for its rich history, producing 80 million pounds of uranium and over 400 million pounds of vanadium since 1945. The selected properties were chosen based on historical exploration data, indicating significant mineral resources.

The acquisition involved a payment of $66,760 in cash and $90,000 worth of C2C shares, calculated based on a 10-day Volume-Weighted Average Price (VWAP). Additionally, the vendors will receive a 1% Net Smelter Return Production Royalty.
Property Specifics
Eula Belle: This property includes 31 claims covering much of the historic Eula Belle mine in Montrose County. According to Union Carbide Corp.’s (UCC) records from 1989, it contains an estimated 43,900 tons with 219,900 pounds of U3O8 (uranium) and 790,200 pounds of V2O5 (vanadium), with additional potential resources identified.
Mum-Whitney Extension: Comprising 5 claims in Montrose County, this area is adjacent to Department of Energy (DOE) Tracts and historical mines, highlighting its potential for further discoveries.
Norther: Located in San Miguel County, this property includes 10 claims adjoining DOE Tract C-SR-15-A, featuring favorable conditions for U-V mineral resources.
Spud Patch: This property consists of 80 claims across San Miguel County, strategically located over previously planned targets by UCC and contiguous with DOE Tract C-SR-12.
Dulaney Extension: With 73 claims, this property is adjacent to C2C’s existing Dulaney Project and is in a historically productive area with favorable geological assessments.
