Intellectual Property Rights
You acknowledge and agree that all copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights associated with SMP Content are the exclusive property of our company, our licensors, and third-party affiliates. No intellectual property rights are conferred upon you.
Under the strictest legal constraints, you are prohibited from employing any SMP Content for purposes related to machine learning and/or artificial intelligence in any capacity. We retain the absolute right to grant licenses for the use of SMP Content for such specialized purposes.
You are expressly forbidden from engaging in, facilitating, authorizing, or permitting any form of text or data mining or web scraping in connection with SMP Content and/or the SMP Content Platforms. This prohibition extends to employing, allowing, or attempting to utilize:

For guidelines on how you may utilize SMP Content provided free of charge via SMP Content Platforms (including news, articles, and other materials accessible without a subscription), please consult our policy. All other uses of SMP Content are subject to the terms of your specific subscription and these conditions. If you do not possess a subscription, please contact us directly.
Generally, the use of our registered or unregistered trademarks without prior authorization is strictly prohibited. However, the use of materials featuring SMP’s logo and website address does not require prior approval.
Access
Some areas of SMP content are available only to subscribers and potential subscribers on a trial basis at our discretion, and access requires specific access details. We reserve the right to change the access rights of users who do not subscribe to the paid SMP content at any time.
Your access details are confidential to you, and you must not disclose or share them with anyone else. SMP does not permit multiple users (whether networked or otherwise) to access the site using a single username and password. You must immediately notify us if you suspect or become aware that your access details have been disclosed or used by someone other than yourself.

6. Access without authority, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any part of the SMP content, any equipment or network on which SMP content is stored, any software used in the provision of SMP content, or any equipment, network, or software owned or used by any third party;
7. Copy, store, adapt, modify, circumvent, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or in any other way tamper with or create derivative works from any software used in the delivery or making available of SMP content;
Attempt to circumvent access or security controls, render SMP content inaccessible, or interfere with other users’ use of SMP content.
Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
These terms and any contractual or non-contractual dispute or claim arising from, or related to, the access to and/or use of SMP content will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. The Hong Kong courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any such disputes or claims, although we retain the right to initiate proceedings related to the breach of these terms in your country of residence or any other relevant country.
