ACD 400.1 Ex: Safe and Efficient Flammable Gas Extraction
The ACD 400.1 Ex is a specialized gas extraction system developed for environments handling dry, flammable, and non-flammable gases. Designed to handle gases in concentrations up to 20% of the lower explosion limit, this system is built with safety as a priority. The device features a two-stage filtration process consisting of an M5 dust pre-filter and two activated carbon adsorption filters to eliminate harmful vapors and gases.

A notable feature of the ACD 400.1 Ex is its explosion-proof components, including the ATEX-compliant fan and motor, ensuring that ignition sources are prevented during operation. The system operates quietly, minimizing energy consumption while offering flexibility for various emission types and workspaces. The system’s filtration process ensures that cleaned gases can be safely recirculated into the work environment or, in more hazardous applications, can be vented through an exhaust nozzle for further safety.

This system offers a filtration efficiency rate of over 99.995%, thanks to its HEPA-H14 filter, making it an excellent choice for environments requiring high purity air for sensitive processes.

The AMF 60’s modular design allows for both integration into existing systems and standalone operation with the innovative CULT control system. This control system provides key functionalities such as sensor monitoring and customizable post-filters, making the AMF 60 adaptable to various operational needs. With a compact footprint of just 450 x 640 mm, the AMF 60 is flexible enough for mobile use and efficient in its low operational cost and long filter service life.
