United Alloy Expands Manufacturing Footprint in Dayton, Ohio

United Alloy announced a major expansion of its manufacturing capacity in Union, Ohio. This follows the company’s first facility opening in the Dayton area earlier this year. Consequently, it signals rapid growth in the regional metals fabrication sector.

Expanding to Meet Data Center Industry Demand

The new facility will add 350,000 square feet to the existing 174,000 square feet. This expansion brings total manufacturing space to 532,000 square feet. United Alloy focuses on producing data center fuel tanks and engine room exhaust plenums. These products are essential for the growing data center market.

Moreover, CEO Vanessa Dubick praised Dayton’s skilled workforce. She noted the rising demand in data centers. Therefore, the company requires more space and talent to maintain high-quality production standards.

United Alloy is a second-generation family-owned company based in Janesville, Wisconsin. It leads in metal fabrication, welding, and powder coating. The company produces leak-proof metal fuel tanks, reservoirs, chassis, skids, trailers, and complex weldments.

This expansion highlights United Alloy’s commitment to industries needing precise metal products. Additionally, it strengthens the company’s presence in the Midwest manufacturing sector.
