1. Introduce
– Oxidation-resistant, low thermal expansion coefficient superalloy developed for gas turbine applications
– Oxidation-resistant and low-expansion Ni-based alloy with additions of Al, Cr and Nb
– Approximately 20% lower coefficient of thermal expansion than Inconel 718
– Oxidation resistance similar to Inconel 718 and better than Incoloy 909
– Good oxidation resistance at temperatures above 704°C and up to 1200°C
– Excellent thermal stability and mechanical properties over a temperature range up to 982°C
