Mate Precision Technologies has significantly expanded its press brake tooling offerings with the addition of over 500 new items, aimed at enhancing the flexibility and precision of bending operations. This expansion includes a variety of punch and die profiles, designed to meet the needs of different industries requiring high-quality, efficient sheet metal forming solutions. With a broader selection of tools, manufacturers can achieve greater consistency and precision, boosting productivity across multiple applications.
Amada Fixed Height Style Profiles for Small Production and Consistency
A highlight of the new tooling range is the addition of the Amada Fixed Height Style profiles. These profiles are specifically designed for smaller production runs and diverse project types. They offer a consistent height across all punch profiles, eliminating the need for multiple setups to compensate for varying heights. This feature reduces setup times, streamlines the bending process, and improves consistency across different runs. Moreover, it eliminates the frequent adjustments to the safety beam, further optimizing workflow efficiency and reducing the chance of errors during production.
Wila Trumpf Style and Maglock Tooling for Enhanced Versatility
In addition to the Amada profiles, Mate has also expanded its range of punch and die profiles for the Wila Trumpf Style and the patented American Precision Style with Maglock press brake tooling. A key innovation within this expansion is the new Wila Trumpf Style CleanBend tooling, which allows for bending up to 40 degrees without leaving marks on the material. The CleanBend tooling now comes in eight sizes, with variable openings ranging from 8 to 78 mm, and an adjustable option offering an opening range from 40 to 100 mm. This adaptability allows manufacturers to perform a wider variety of bending operations with greater flexibility and precision, reducing the risk of defects in the finished parts.
