1. Introduce

– Ti alloy developed for forging and primary forming

– Alloy similar to Ti Gr.7 in terms of physical and mechanical properties and corrosion resistance, with less Pd than Ti Gr.7 (Pd : 0.04~0.08%)

– Can be used in a temperature range up to 425 to 540°C

2. Property

– Toughness, weldability, good corrosion resistance to highly oxidizing and reducing environments

Pd	Provides corrosion resistance of the alloy in oxidizing and reducing media, provides crevice corrosion resistance (Pd content less than 0.05% : corrosion rate increases, Pd content 0.1~0.2% : corrosion rate decreases) (Crevice corrosion does not occur when the service temperature reaches 250℃)
