EGA Launches Digital Platform to Track Emissions
Emirates Global Aluminium (EGA), located in the UAE, has unveiled a digital platform designed to monitor Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions. This innovative system automates the tracking, documentation, and third-party validation of emissions data.
Centralized MRV System for Enhanced Compliance
By providing standardized dashboards, the centralized Measurement, Reporting, and Verification (MRV) system will serve key stakeholders, including government agencies and customers.
Supporting UAE’s Net-Zero Goal
Aligned with the UAE’s pioneering initiative for integrated emissions and air quality tracking, this effort supports the nation’s ambitious goal of achieving net-zero emissions by 2050.
