Robotic Bending System for Precision and Flexibility

LVD has introduced the Easy-Cell 80/25, a robotic bending system designed to automate bending for various parts. It accommodates sizes from 100 x 100 mm to 1,600 x 1,200 mm with a 25 kg weight capacity. By combining the precision of an 80-ton press brake with the flexibility of a KUKA industrial robot, it enhances both size range and accuracy, making it ideal for manufacturers with diverse production needs.

 

Key Specifications and Performance

The system features a 2,500-mm bend length, 5-axis backgauge, and crowning table, delivering consistent performance. Adaptive bending technology ensures precise results without constant adjustments. CADMAN software integration allows offline programming of both the press brake and robot arm, reducing setup time, human error, and downtime.
