Pemamek Oy has secured a key order from Windar Renovables, a leader in onshore and offshore wind tower and foundation manufacturing. The collaboration will boost offshore wind tower production using advanced welding automation.

 

Enhancing Windar’s Production Capacity

Pemamek will deliver three Pema WS2 welding automation stations. These systems will streamline Windar’s production processes. Additionally, Pemamek will provide a comprehensive spare parts and service package. The order is scheduled for delivery by early 2026, marking the start of a long-term collaboration between the two companies.

 

Expansion at Windar’s Polish Facility

The new production line will be installed at Windar’s Szczecin, Poland facility. This facility plays a crucial role in Windar’s wind tower manufacturing. The addition of the welding automation systems will significantly enhance production efficiency and help meet the growing demand for offshore wind towers. The collaboration reflects both companies’ dedication to advancing the offshore wind sector.
