PJX Raises $6.3M to Advance British Columbia Gold and Critical Minerals Exploration
PJX Resources

PJX Resources Inc. has completed a $6.3 million non-brokered private placement. This financing funds exploration across its mineral holdings in southwestern British Columbia. The capital supports active drilling and surface programs. These programs target critical metals and gold within a historic mining district.

Financing Structure and Deployment

The capital raise included various units. Prices ranged from $0.125 to $0.18 per unit. This funding supports an initial 4,000-metre drill program at the Dewdney Trail property. The focus is on sedimentary exhalative critical-metals targets. Key areas include the Estella Basin, Lewis Ridge, and Grundy Creek. Previous drilling intersected thick mineralized horizons. These horizons are anomalous in zinc, lead, silver, cobalt, and gallium. This reinforces the high-grade potential near the historic Sullivan Mine.

Gold and Surface Targets

The proceeds also advance exploration at the Zinger property. Prospecting, mapping, and surface sampling are underway at the Gar target. These efforts prepare for a maiden drill program targeting a reduced intrusion-related gold system. PJX features established regional infrastructure like road, rail, and power networks. This positioning accelerates multi-commodity resource discovery in British Columbia.
