SOLIDS & RECYCLING-TECHNIK Dortmund 2026 is attracting strong interest, with over 75% of stand space already booked nine months before the event. Exhibitor participation is growing rapidly, including both new technology companies and long-standing industry leaders. This growth reflects the event’s importance as a global platform for bulk solids and recycling technology.

The trade fair will span Halls 4, 5, 7, and part of Hall 6, providing ample space for industry networking and product presentations. New exhibitors such as Habasit GmbH and Zippe Industrieanlagen GmbH join returning names like Atlas Copco Kompressoren GmbH and Neuman + Esser GmbH. The expanded layout optimizes visitor flow and exhibitor exposure, enhancing the event’s impact.

 

New Process Automation Area and Startup Opportunities Highlight SOLIDS & RECYCLING-TECHNIK Dortmund 2026

One key highlight is the new Special Area for Process Automation, located in Hall 4. This section focuses on cutting-edge technologies including Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), sensors, and integrated services. These innovations help companies streamline operations and boost production efficiency.

In addition, the Start-up Area returns for its second year, offering emerging companies a prime platform to showcase innovative solutions in bulk solids and recycling. Start-ups like TEL GmbH and Lynatox are already confirmed, with a few spaces still available. The InnovationCenter stage allows these young companies to present their ideas to a wide audience of industry professionals.

The event will also host the BULK MASTERS Hackathon again, providing a collaborative space for students and industry experts to solve process industry challenges in just 48 hours. This dynamic format fosters creativity and connects companies with future talent.
