Noble Mineral Downhole Electromagnetic Survey Targets Polymetallic Zones
Noble Mineral Exploration Inc. has begun a downhole electromagnetic (BHEM) survey near Timmins. The survey covers two recently drilled holes in partnership with Canada 11530313 Canada Inc. It aims to identify off-hole conductive zones to guide future drilling efficiently.
The survey uses a 500m x 500m single-loop transmitter generating a controlled electromagnetic field. Sensitive probes measure the surrounding rock responses in holes CG-25-01 and CG-25-02. This method helps detect mineralized bodies that previous drilling may have missed.
Early results indicate a polymetallic system with notable zinc, copper, silver, nickel, cobalt, and gold anomalies. In CG-25-01, a 6.5-metre section contains 0.64% zinc, with a 1-metre section at 1.90%. CG-25-02 confirms similar polymetallic mineralization.
Exploration Strategy and Regional Holdings
Noble Mineral retains a five-year exploration right on lands recently transferred to Canada Nickel Company Inc.. The program supports the search for mineralization similar to the Kidd Creek Mine.
The company holds extensive mineral rights across Northern Ontario and Quebec, including gold, nickel-cobalt, base metals, and rare earth projects. Key properties include Project 81, the Nagagami Carbonatite Complex, and multiple REE and nickel-copper-PGM sites. These holdings position Noble Mineral for multi-commodity exploration opportunities.
Noble also holds interests in East Timmins Nickel, Homeland Nickel, and several Quebec-based REE properties. The company plans joint venture and option programs to advance drill-ready targets efficiently.
SuperMetalPrice Commentary:
The Noble Mineral downhole electromagnetic survey demonstrates a strategic use of geophysics to refine drill targeting and reduce exploration risk. The identification of polymetallic zones near Timmins enhances prospects for zinc, nickel, cobalt, and gold. This program highlights Northern Ontario’s continued importance in base and critical metals exploration, supporting both regional development and global supply chains.
